The defendant, Jordan Belyea, appeals a decision by the Superior Court (Vaughan, J.) denying his motion to recuse the judge *300who was a member of the drug court team from presiding over the hearing to determine whether the defendant’s participation in the Grafton County Drug Court Sentencing Program (Grafton County Program or Program) should be terminated. He also appeals the denial of his oral motions to continue the termination hearing. We affirm.
