The plaintiff brings action against the defendant upon the theory that on or about June..l, 1931 he was a creditor of the Advance-Rumely Thresher Company, Inc., and that on said date the defendant purchased in bulk the entire stock of merchandise and fixtures belonging to the Advance-Rumely Thresher Company, Inc,, in violation of the Bulk Sales Law of this .state (Comp. Laws 1913, §§ 7224-7227).
