Introduction
The case before this Court is one alleging sex discrimination in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (1976). The case is brought by four female individuals and their union, the Office and Professional Employees International Union [OPEIU] against the Tennessee Valley Authority [TVA]. 1 The instant motion before the Court is one by the defendants requesting dismissal or in the alternative summary judgment.
