This matter came before the Court on Wells Fargo Bank, National Association’s (“Movant”) Motion for Relief from Stay and for Leave to Foreclose (Docket # 23). Wells Fargo filed the Motion in its capacity as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Capital I, Inc. Trust 2004-OP1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-OP1.
