Defendants-Appellants Burl E. and Carolyn S. Grayson (collectively "the Gray-sons") appeal from the trial court's order granting the motion to correct order nunc pro tune of Plaintiff-Appellee Union Federal Savings & Loan Association of Craw-fordsville, Indiana ("Union Federal") in a mortgage foreclosure action against Tim and Janet Gregory (collectively "the Greg-orys").
