Cohen v. Cohen

This case stems from a divorce action between Brenda Cohen (hereinafter plaintiff) and Joseph Cohen (hereinafter defendant). The property settlement incorporated into the divorce judgment provided that the plaintiff and the defendant would own the marital home as joint tenants with rights of survivorship until it was sold. The sale of the home blossomed into another dispute between the parties and resulted in a series of motions and orders which are now the subject of the plaintiffs appeal.
