WEINFELD, District Judge.

This is a motion for leave to serve an amended complaint in an action originally commenced by Data Digests, Inc. against Standard & Poor’s Corporation based upon claims of antitrust violations. The proposed amendment, among other matters, would add Kahlman Linker, president of Data Digests, Inc., as a party plaintiff. The Linker claim purports to allege, entirely separate from the claims of Data Digests, Inc., direct injury to Linker based upon Standard & Poor’s activities, as a result of which plaintiff alleges he has been forced to accept salaries and…
