Defendants Hawaii Employers Mutual Insurance Company (“HEMIC”), Michael Redman (“Redman”), and Robert Dove (“Dove”) move for summary judgment on Plaintiff Anastasia Victorina Lehuanani Abbey’s Second Amended Complaint. Abbey, who worked for HEMIC for about six years, was fired after having been on medical leave for an extended period.
