ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

This appeal arises out of a judgment and proceedings supplemental for Thomas Hilton (Hilton), plaintiff-appellee, against Mal-bin & Bullock, Inc. (M & B, Inc.), defendant-appellant, said judgment based on amended findings of fact and conclusions of law as directed by this court, pursuant to Ind. Rules of Procedure, Appellate Rule 15(N)(4), reported at 387 N.E.2d 1332.

We affirm.
