R.Civ.P. 59, for reconsideration of this court’s prior order, entered on August 4, 2006, granting the motion of defendant United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) 1 to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, granting the motion of defendant Martin Silver, Esq.
