This is an appeal from the district court of Fallon County. The ■ action- stems from an agreement made in 1941 between the plaintiff-appellant and the defendant-respondent. The com*514plaint was filed in 1956, fifteen years after the agreement was made, and the cause finally brought to trial in October, 1966. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s case in chief the trial court granted defendant’s motion to dismiss and entered judgment for the defendant.
