ORDER DENYING APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT OF SECRETARY

The Creditors’ Committee has filed an application for the employment of a secretary. Specifically, the committee seeks the approval of the employment of Robert Hod-er of the National Association of Credit Management to perform the following services:

A. The taking and transcribing of minutes of meetings of the Creditors’ Committee;
