Following a bench trial conducted in the circuit court of Du Page County, defendant, William J. Lendabarker, was convicted of two felony counts of driving while under influence of alcohol (DUI) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95%, par. 11 — 501(d)(3)) and sentenced to 30 months’ probation and six months’ imprisonment in the county jail. As a result of his convictions, defendant’s court supervision in a prior, unrelated DUI case was revoked, and a concurrent sentence of one year’s probation and six months’ imprisonment in the county jail,…
