— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Comptroller of the State of New York which certified that New York University was liable for certain abandoned property in the form of unpaid wages. Foreign and domestic corporations are required, pursuant to subdivision 1 of section 502 of the Abandoned Property Law, to pay or deliver to the Comptroller all property which has been deemed abandoned pursuant to section 501 of the Abandoned Property Law.
