Durkee v. Franklin Savings Ass'n

Plaintiffs Richard and Elizabeth Durkee sought equitable relief from defendant Franklin Savings Association in the form of an accounting. They filed this action individually as mortgagors of defendant, and as representatives of the class of all other mortgagors of defendant whose mortgaged real estate is located in any of the Illinois counties of Du-Page, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Will and Cook.
