This is an action in assumpsit by Edna Workman as beneficiary in a health and accident insurance policy for $2,000.00 issued in 1925 by defendant, Continental Casualty Company, to her husband, Amos Workman, “as a passenger brakeman or baggageman on train”. He lost his life by accident February 16, 1931, while engaged as a freight brakeman in the service of the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company.
