The plaintiff is a partnership engaged in the manufacture of underwear and shirts in the city of New York. The defendant is a corporation engaged in the retail mercantile business in the city of Youngstown. In January, 1920, one of the salesmen of plaintiff came to Youngstown and secured from the defendant an order purchasing a certain number of dozen shirts, which were to be thereafter manufactured by plaintiff.
