—In an action to recover on an instrument for the payment of money only, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DiNoto, J.), dated October 26, 1993, as denied their motion for summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment is granted, the plaintiffs are granted judgment against the defendants in the principal sum of $45,000, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for a determination of the amount of…
