Burson v. Adamson

This is the second time this controversy has been before ns for review. Upon the former hearing we affirmed the judgment of the district court Avhich AA?as a dismissal of plaintiff Burson’s action AAÚthout prejudice. Burson v. Adamson, 87 Colo. 451, 288 Pac. 623. In the closing paragraph of that opinion, at page 460, the statement is made that the plaintiff had been by the district court given the opportunity of instituting another action AAdthin the period of the pertinent statute of limitations and should by that time be sufficiently advised how to state his cause of action.
