Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Tomlinson, J.), rendered October 7, 2002, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (four counts) and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (three counts).
