Appellant Richard Leroy Turner appeals the judgment of the Washington County Circuit Court convicting him of rape and sentencing him to ten years’ imprisonment. For reversal, Turner argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to present evidence of the victim’s prior sexual conduct. Because this appeal involves a challenge under the rape-shield statute, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 16-42-101 (Repl. 1999) and Ark. Sup. Ct. R. l-2(a) (8). We find no error and affirm.
