Steven A. Kraushaar worked 1 year in the Kansas City area after receiving his undergraduate degree before enrolling in law school. He graduated from law school in May 1985. Kraushaar entered private practice with a firm in Chanute, Kansas, where he remained for 6 months. Kraushaar learned of an opening in Marysville, Kansas, in the office of Kenneth Moses.
