This is a petition for an order vacating and setting aside the judgment of conviction rendered against this defendant upon his plea of guilty to the crime of murder in the second degree. The defendant had been indicted for the crime of murder in the first degree. At the time of the alleged crime, March 15, 1947, he had not attained his 15th birthday, then being approximately 14 years and 11 months of age.
