The petition of an officer of the New York State Police charges the respondent, a boy 15 years of age, with being a juvenile delinquent in that on or about the 15th day of August, 1965 at about 9:15 p.m. he, in the company of another boy, age 16, broke and entered a cottage owned by Tamarack Lodge which was at the time occupied by a guest, stole jewelry valued at about $2,000 and that these acts of the respondent if done by an adult would constitute the crime of burglary in the third degree.
