This cause is before the court on the motion of defendant Holnam Inc. (hereinafter Ideal) 1 for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Alternatively, Ideal seeks partial summary judgment on a variety of claims asserted against it in this litigation.
