I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction and/or 12(b)(3) for improper venue. Dkt. # 24. Defendant argues that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over it because it is a non-resident corporation that lacks sufficient minimum contacts with the State of Washington, and that venue is improper when Defendant has had no contacts with this District.
