FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
MARY D. SCOTT, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the trial on the damages, arising out of a complaint for turnover. This bankruptcy case.was filed on November 9, 1995. The schedules listed a debt to the Sherwood Municipal Court of restitution ordered by the Sherwood Municipal Court. The debt was scheduled as a unsecured priority claim. The plan, which provided for full payment of this debt, was confirmed on February 23, 1996. Until the filing of this 'adversary proceeding, the Sherwood Municipal Court took no action in this bankruptcy…
