The matter now before the court for decision is the Motion for Stay Pending Appeal (“the “Motion”) filed on November 22, 2017 by the debtor, Glenn David Schweiger (the “Debtor”), and the response thereto filed on December 7, 2017 by MidFirst Bank (the “Bank”).
