LESLIE, Chief Justice.
Lessie Lee White, joined pro forma by her husband J. C. White, J. T. Kegans, W. P. Kegans and G. A. Kegans, Jr., instituted this suit in the County Court against Tennessee Rebecca. Kegans, a feme sole, to recover the “reasonable value of the occupancy and use” of their one half interest in 150 acres of land, alleged to amount to about $300 “including the occupancy and use of the improvements thereon.” This was for the use of the premises for the year 1936.
