The present controversy is to determine which of two organizations is entitled to enjoy the rights, privileges and property heretofore in the undisputed enjoyment of one body. Each of the two contending organizations claims to be presently entitled to exclusively enjoy the rights which prior to October 30th, 1914, were enjoyed by a beneficial society known as the Grand Circle of New Jersey, Brotherhood of America.
