Plaintiff sues to recover for personal injuries and property damage resulting from an intersection collision between an automobile owned and operated by him and defendant’s streetcar. Prom judgment non obstante veredicto in defendant’s favor plaintiff appeals, contending that the trial court erred in holding him guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law and that, even if guilty of negligence, he is entitled to recover under the doctrine of subsequent negligence.
