Defendant Theodore Cooper Stewart stands charged by a grand jury with transportation of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(1). He moves to suppress the evidence of that crime, which was discovered when his two computers were seized at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport port of entry in Romulus, Michigan as he reentered the United States when returning from Asia.
