Plaintiff sought a declaratory judgment determining the rights of the parties under a policy of automobile liability insurance it had issued. Plaintiff contended that there was no coverage for injuries sustained by defendants Repp in a collision because defendant Shannon L. Bollinger was operating the insured vehicle without permission of its owners, the named insured under plaintiff’s policy.
