Before the court is the motion for summary judgment of defendant the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (“defendant” or “the Port Authority”). See Def.’s Mem. of Law in Supp. of its Mot. for Summ. J. (ECF Dkt. No. 133) (“Def.’s Br.”). Plaintiffs AAA Northeast and AAA North Jersey, Inc. (“plaintiffs” or “AAA”) oppose the motion.
