This is a suit for $187.50, instituted by appellee against appellant in a justice’s court, which it was alleged was due for certain crops appropriated by appellant, raised by appellee on a certain five acres of land belonging to appellant. The justice of the peace gave appellee all he sued for, and the cause was appealed to the county court, where, on a jury trial, a verdict and judgment for $100 was rendered in favor of ap-pellee.
