THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Jupiter Wreck, Inc.’s (“JWI”) Motion for Entry of Preliminary Injunction filed in case 87-8548-CIV-MARCUS (the “in rem action”), and the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand filed in case 87-8619-CIV-MARCUS (the “removed action”).
