*806Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County (Hayes, J.), rendered August 26, 2010, as amended September 2, 2010, convicting him of rape in the first degree (two counts), upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.
