There is only one question for determination under this record, and that is whether or not there was sufficient evidence to authorize the jury to return a verdict for the defendant. While he prayed for a judgment for one-half of the losses against the plaintiff and for an accounting, the verdict rendered was to the effect that the defendant was not liable to the plaintiff for the damages sought.
