This adversary proceeding comes before the Court on Plaintiff Erie Materials, Inc.'s (“Erie”) Complaint to Determine Dis-chargeability of certain debts associated with two separate contracts in the total amount of $6,217.75 allegedly incurred by Mark J. Oot d/b/a Oot Carpentry (“Debt- or”) prior to the filing of his voluntary petition pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C.A. §§ 101-1330) (“Code”).
