Andrew Leider, George Vuoso, and Robert Hallowell (collectively, “plaintiffs”) and amici curiae J. Walter Thompson Company (“JWT”) and International Diamond Manufacturers’ Association (“IDMA”) object to Magistrate Judge Maas’ most recent Report and Recommendation (“R & R”). 1 For the reasons set forth below, I adopt the R & R in part and plaintiffs’ motion to certify their state law claims is denied.
