Plaintiff lived in Mason City and worked at Clear Lake. He drove to Clear Lake in the morning and returned to Mason City in the evening. The defendant lived at Clear Lake and worked in Mason City and drove to Mason City in the morning and returned to Clear Lake in the evening. At the time the collision occurred, the plaintiff returned from Clear Lake and had already entered the outskirts of Mason City, and was inside of the corporate limits.
