Plaintiffs in error Nathan Friedman and Oscar H. Friedman, found guilty in the county court of Cook county on separate informations, of violation of section 24 of the Medical Practice act, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1939, chap. 91, par. i6i,) sued out writs of error from the Appellate Court, where their cases were consolidated, and, on affirmance by the Appellate Court of the judgments against them, they bring the consolidated causes here on writ of error.
