OPINION

STAFFORD, Senior District Judge.

Appellant, Sheila Kaye Cantrell, appeals her convictions for conspiracy to commit mail fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Cantrell’s convictions arose from a plan to misappropriate her deceased sister’s life insurance proceeds. Her sister, Susan Tackett (“Tackett”), was an employee with the United States Postal Service at the time of her death. As a federal employee, she had a Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance (“FEGLI”) policy, which was administered by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“Metlife”). Tackett shot…
