The defendant appealed from a judgment of conviction of aggravated kidnapping entered upon his plea of guilty, and sentence of not less than ten nor more than twenty-five years in the penitentiary. Together with three other persons, he had been indicted in two counts for the offenses of rape and aggravated kidnapping.
