CURTIN, Chief Judge.

Currently before the court in this Bankruptcy appeal is appellant’s motion to set aside the October 23, 1980, order of United States Bankruptcy Judge Beryl E. McGuire which modified his prior order of September 8, 1980.

These orders established a notice procedure for applications for interim compensation and expense allowances. The procedure was set forth in the September 8 order and submitted to the parties for comment and/or objections.
