INTRODUCTION
Mr. Zajac was convicted for crimes associated with a bombing that occurred at the Salt Lake City library in 2006. This matter is now before the court on Mr. Zajac’s Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence (“2255 Motion”). Mr. Zajac asserts the cumulative effect of multiple errors denied him a fair trial.
