Petitioners seek a writ of prohibition to enjoin the respondent court from enforcing an order requiring them to produce and permit inspection by the real parties in interest of certain documents or, in the alternative, a writ of mandate to compel the respondent court to vacate that order.

Twin Lock, Incorporated, is the plaintiff and a cross-defendant in the subject action.
