The plaintiffs, Carol and Harold Vick-nair, filed suit against several defendants, alleging that they sustained damage to their home, located at 533 Elise Lane in River Ridge, as a result of construction work that took place on the street behind their home, Sauve Road. They assert that the work of the defendants, which was an emergency sewer repair, resulted in a cracked slab, cracked ceiling, and cracked walls in their home.
