(dissenting) :
I am unable to agree with the disposition of this case and, accordingly, feel compelled to dissent.
Certain facts basic to the decision should be emphasized. The Superior Court entered an order directing petitioners, executors of the estate of V. L. Hash, deceased, to show cause why they should not be required to file some 200 divorce decrees and why orders should not be made in each case making the decrees effective nunc pro tunc as of the date of their signing by the trial judge in whose court they originally were heard.
