— In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Wood, J.), dated June 26, 1987, as denied her cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the defendant’s cross motion is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.
